My online experience was excellent, good website and great pricing. I did not receive a confirmation from the installer, but Hyper Driver customer support confirmed everything was fine. On the install day, the installer did not have me scheduled. With a look in his book he determined I didn't show up 5 days earlier. Looking at my email and his email from Hyper Drive the day was today. His notes showed when Hyper Drive called and gave him the wrong day. I waited for three hours to have the tires installed. I suggest making the installer network use the email as the primary scheduling information and follow up later with a phone call as necessary. If I could give 4.5 star I would.
