The service that Hyper provided was above and beyond, i wasn't sure about a couple of models online and gave the number a call to get clarification and person on the phone i was speaking to gave me quick and prompt advice reassuring me of the appropriate rack for my car. I then proceeded with my order online and the Thule bike roof rack showed up quicker than advised. All round this service was just more than adequate. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy from Hyper.
