I received excellent service from Hyper Drive and the local installer. My rating is for the tyres themselves. These replaced a set of Goodyear Optilife tyres, which are terrible tyres, unless all you care about is durability. I was looking for a tyre that provided better grip and less tyre noise on coarse chip roads. Of the 20+ reviews on productreview.com.au, people rave about how quiet this tyre is. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. The tyres aren't noisy, but they're barely any quieter than the Goodyear Optilife tyres I had previously and by no means the quietest tyre I've ever driven on. They certainly provide much better traction and steering feel, but I was hoping for a more hushed ride and overall I'm disappointed, given how much they cost. They also only come with 6mm of tread (most new tyres have about 8mm).
