I added these left and right on the dash board, hoping to achieve a better soundstage - music coming from the front, not from your feet, where the main speakers are mounted low in the doors. I could not be happier with the results!
I am driving the main speakers via a separate amp, and these tweeters from the amp in the head unit. That works great! Simply sistering them to the front speakers made the tweeters far too dominant.
