Nice that I was greeted by the installer by my name. But that was all about a positive customer experience. When I picked up my car, the conversation went like this "Hello Ralf. 89 Dollars." I cannot eve recall he said "please". What's totally missing was explaining the invoice: "We have installed two tyres .... I recommend you come in after 1000km and we are happy to check if all is ok, just pop in. And yes, we have done the wheel alignment as well, the result are as follows ...". This is what another company has done lat time. (not HyperDrive). Isn't that nice?
And no, no offer to check tyres after 100 or 1000 km. I definitely would not book with these folks again in Whangaparaoa :(
