This product was actually not my first choice as I had ordered another set of tires but unfortunately out of stock. A team member from hyperdrive contacted me next day to advice they didn’t have the one I wanted but offered to give me a more premium set free of charge but would take an extra day due to it being shipped from Christchurch. I chose the option to get another set and they refunded me the difference and got it serviced the day I requested. Happy with the product and customer service from hyperdrive
