This was a little hit and miss for me. The technician was really nice, but his vehicle got stuck in our driveway. The tyres were unable to be put on my vehicle as the technicians van had no power - out of no fault of his own. My vehicles were stuck in the driveway for 5 hours until a tow truck could come and move the van out of the way. I ended up having to go to the penrose centre to get them fitted. However, the team was accommodating and got the tyres fitted in less than an hour.
