Very good experience end-to-end. Easy purchasing/booking and although I couldn't get the date I wanted, the coordinator was very proactive and communicative in providing a suitable alterative. The operator arrived on time and got the job done quickly in spite of the inclement weather. A positive experience all-round and I will not hesitate using Hyper Drive again in future as well as recommending to friends, family, etc.
