Love this product. Great design. So easy. Just open the box and put onto the car. I bought this specifically along with the loading ramp. As a women in my 60’s i cant lift my ebike onto a high rack. This is so easy to get my bike onto. The unit is compact and i can lift this on and off the towball. Tow ball was the only issue. Product does come with a 50 mm tow all. My car is a 1 7/8” (standard for NZ) and the rack didnt fit. However it did fit straight onto a friends car ?? So Im using it that way until i get to a mechanics to either swap tow bars or figure something else out.
