Ordering on-line was super easy.
I needed to also get through to customer support on the phone a couple of times before fitting day and got through very quickly and spoke to a very friendly, professional bloke for whom nothing was too much trouble. Awesome!
Then Ken comes out on the day to fit 6 tyres across 2 vehicles. Absolutely superb - relaxed and friendly yet thoroughly professional and clearly excellent at what he does. Also very nice with my 7 year old boy to make him feel part of it all. Fantastic!
Can't stress enough how amazing customer service was from start to finish. It shone out like a blazing beacon in a NZ (and global) climate of generally crappy customer service. Well done one and all - it was very much appreciated and just makes a whole week brighter. (And amazing value too).
