Great rack - tilt down function is useful. One thing to note - the product is advertised to fit 1 7/8 and 50mm towballs. I did not fit my 1 7/8 towball - it couldn't be tightened enough and there was a huge amount of play (so much so I didn't feel it would be safe on the road). I swapped in a 50mm towball and now the rack is rock solid.
