Richard was super awesome and understanding. Unfortunately I wasn't ready as I had to drop my daughter off and he patiently waited for about 15 minutes while I sorted her out and dropped her off. Once I was back from the time he grabbed his tools to packing them away it was less than 25 minutes all done and dusted. Even a coat of tyre dressing on all four tyres! You know a good installer when they actually grab a torque wrench to correctly torque the lug nuts. Can't rave enough about Richard and every interaction I've had with Hyper. Been a returning customer for ages and with service like this and a mobile one at that you can bet I'll be coming back when I need tyres again!
