I did extensive research on tires in the size on my little runabout (185/70-14) to get the best tire for the money. These Falkens arent the best at anything, but they consistently rank in the top couple of places for every category: Dry grip, wet grip aquaplaning resistance, comfort, road noise and rolling resistance. This makes them one of the best choices for the size, and by far and away the best choice in NZ. I personally only have 1000km so far, but they are living up to their reputation splendidly. Bonus, they have handled the recent crazy post-flood weather in Auckland very well.
