Hi,
I had heard about hyperdrive.co.nz previously but had forgotten about it and this was my first buy from the website and a whole new experience.
I am listing my experience as below
1. I called you contact center and spoke to Angela, she was lovely and advised me that I should stick to the manufacturers specification and sent me a link to make the purchase. I tried doing it as soon as I came of the call and left it mid way bit when I came back later there was only 3 in stock and I wanted 4. One thing she might have missed to mention or it might have slipped my mind that I have to apply the coupon code tyres for the 40% discount which was a big confusion and hence my next call.
2. I called back and got a guy I guess the name was Caleb who told me that there is something wrong with the website and there are plenty in stock and was supposed to send me a quote but I never received it. But he clarified the discount procedure.
3. I called a few more times and got different ppl but I never got the quote and finally after trying for a few hours I hung up as it was Friday and people were gone.

I called back on Monday and spoke to somone who told me he will send me a quote and he did but I wanted the long term finance so there was no way I could get that as the website was now showing 2 in stock. He advised me I buy vouchers worth that amount and reply back to the email he sent me so he can apply the voucher to the tyres. As I was about to buy the vouchers I decided to give the link one more go and it worked
4. I had previously sent a email to Angela that the link doesn't work which I did not get a reply for even till Monday evening.
5. I was successful placing the order and in the next few days I got a reply form Angela to reschedule my appointment as the guy who is doing the wheel alignment was supposed to go on a vacation. Buy I happily bought the dates forward.
5. I was told to rech the tyre place 15 minutes in advance which I did as he was opening up the shop. He said it will take 2 hours and while waiting I asked him dose it make a difference if we fill nitrogen in the tyres and he said no. I mentioned that I read it somewhere that it dose and make sure you fill it up with nitrogen and he said you pay extra for it, for which I replied I have included that in the package and he was confused as he thought I wasn't but later clarified that he has received the payment for it and he will get it filled with nitrogen.
6. When I picked up the car they were fitted with 3 green shabby looking tyre caps and one black for which I asked to get it replaced with black ones and he did get me some old black caps. I would imagine a new tyre with new tyre caps would make sense but went home and changed the caps from my bicycle and place it on my new shiney car tyres and things worked for me here.
My overall experience was average but could have been better as I had to do a lot of back and fourth on the call but will give credit to the website as I knew exactly what I will be spending as the prices were mentioned insted of me going to tyre shops and getting quotes and they trying to upsell me a different tyre than what is specified.
