Have now done about 100km on these new tyres on roads i know well (every bump !) having replaced 4x Michelin energy tyres after 10yrs and 80.000km and still 3mm tread left failed WOF due to age. I find the chosen Hankook tyres side walls are stiffer which accents the bumps to the extent I am of the opinion that this is transferred to the suspension now, the tyres also appear to generate a lot of heat on tread and pick up stones in the 4 grooves, Michelin had 3 smaller grooves .. my take for now ! but $562 versus 998 carries weight !
