I am very pleased with the new tyres now on my car. However, the experience at the fitting location was not without some inconvenience to the staff there. On my arrival the receptionist could not locate the Hyper Drive booking on her system. Fortunately I had taken a paper copy of my receipt as proof of the booking with which the staff were able to proceed with changing the tyres. I was not personally inconvenienced by this occurrence and it has not detracted from my opinion of the Hyper Drive online service. I appreciated the process to enable selection of the correct tyres for my vehicle at a good price. Thank you.
