bike rack is great.
Hyperdrive service was outstanding. On pick up I was helped to get large box into my car. When we had an issue with the electrics, I was helped by 2 customer service reps to get to the cause of the issue (which was the ute's wiring - not the bike rack). Really appreciated that the staff when above and beyond. Bike rack heading off on it's first trip this weekend
