DEBT COLLECTION
If products are purchased via the Hyper website using a fraudulent credit card or any other means without the authority of the cardholder Hyper will be entitled to collect payment via a registered collection agency. All costs associated with this collection will be passed on to the user of the fraudulent card.
To ensure the highest level of security for all our customers, we may need to contact you to confirm your payment details before processing your order. We do this to help protect both our customers and ourselves from fraud.  This occasional security measure may result in a slight delay to your delivery and you may be asked for additional information.

10% Price Beat Guarantee
10% Tyre Price Beat Guarantee applies to any competitor’s (excluding all of our hyper fit installers) genuine quote presented and only applies to a competitor’s first cash price. Comparable quote must be on the same or similar quality tyre, in the same size, and servicing location. The competitor's genuine tyre quote must be presented prior to the sale from Hyper Drive. Offer applies to retail sales only. Price Beat Guarantee is not to be used in conjunction with any other Hyper Drive promotion or offers.
Price Beat cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty or referral discounted products. Excludes products not in stock/backorders.
Hyper Drive will not beat the competitor's price if:
- The price is part of a competitor's special offer or promotion, loyalty reward, coupon offer, cashback offer, or similar.
- The price is due to a technical error on behalf of the competitor or supplier.

Layby Policy
A 20% deposit is required and retained if final payment is not met within the time specified/at all.
Final payment must be made within 8 weeks of the order date
Layby value must be $100 or over
If you fail to make payments and/ or do not finalise your layby by the end of the lay by term (8 weeks) we have the right to keep your deposit (20% of the full price of the item/s), for administration, cancellation fees and to cover loss of the value of the goods.
You will lose the right to your item/s and they will be resold.
If you wish to cancel a layby, charges will apply which enable us to recover our costs. You may cancel your order at no charge if payments have not commenced.

Quotes 
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation and need to be confirmed in writing.
We work on a first come first served basis from confirmation and reserve the right to decline.
When a quote is limited to quantity on hand, product availability will be subject to prior sale.

Car Audio Warranties
We will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.
Items with a manufacturing defect must be reported within the stated manufacturers warranty period. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion, and have it shipped back to you within a reasonable timeframe. 
In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired and a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your nominated credit card or bank account.
No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned product. Products must be returned with all original packaging and contents, accompanied with invoice and returns form.
Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair / tampering or tested as not faulty will be returned to the sender.
Speakers and subwoofers with burnt or blackened voice coils are deemed abused or misused, and are therefore not covered by manufacturers warranty.
The buyer is responsible for compatibility of the product.
Items requiring installation can only be claimed on with proof of professional installation provided.

Hyper Drive Gift Vouchers
Expiry is 12 months from the date of purchase.
No cash refunds. Promo codes cannot be used on gift vouchers.
You must apply the voucher code at the bottom of your cart at the checkout to receive the voucher.
At checkout, only one voucher code can be entered at any one time. If you are unsure how to complete this, please contact customer service.
You do not have to use your voucher in one purchase. If you have remaining balance a new voucher code will be automatically emailed through to you with the new amount.

Purchasing online with Q Card
You can now use your Q Card to make online purchases at hyper.co.nz* and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase.
